Financial literacy, told as
bedtime stories.

Paisay Kaisay teaches kids saving, inflation, compounding, the stock market, and taxes, through characters and stories, not lectures. Written for kids 5 and up.

Honestly? The lessons hit just as hard for the grown-ups reading along.

Why This Series Exists

Financial literacy barely exists in Pakistani schools.

Most of us learn how money works the hard way: by getting it wrong first. I built Paisay Kaisay because I don’t want my own kids, or yours, to inherit the same bad money scripts I had to unlearn as an adult.

Five stories. Five lessons. Told simply enough for a five-year-old, and honestly, useful enough that most adults in this country never got taught this either.

Meet The Series

Five stores. five money lessons.

Each book tackles one big idea, through a story a five-year-old will actually want to hear again.

Peek Inside

A look at the actual pages.

Real spreads from three finished books, English and Urdu editions both.

I grew up in a lower middle class family, the eldest and only son, with three amazing sisters and a weight of responsibility on my shoulders before I was old enough to understand what that meant.

I worked hard. I made good money, for myself, and for my family. And then I lost most of it to bad money habits nobody had ever warned me about.

That was the moment it hit me: earning more was never the real fix. The real problem was my relationship with money itself, not understanding how it worked, how the financial system worked, or how an ordinary person is supposed to manage it wisely enough to actually build a future, not just survive month to month.

Paisay Kaisay is my answer to that gap. Two years in the making. Hand drawn illustrations, stories written from my own heart, for the version of me who needed this at five years old and never got it.

If these books do one thing, I want it to be this: that our kids don’t have to learn money the same hard way we did. In sha Allah.
